I am looking for some help here,

I need to find out what information there is around Lyons estate area,
Specifically just on the Celbridge side of the Canal bridge.

I saw a figure, or more specifically the silhouette of a figure but with Bright Green eyes, just on the downslope side of the bridge.

Have not been able to get this image out of my head for more than 2 months now.

Any info would be Greatly appreciated.
