Buy Prescription Medication in Canaries?

I am going to the Canaries in the next couple of months and wondered if it is still possible to see a Doctor there who would give me a prescription for much needed sleeping pills and Xanax? They’re so much cheaper there. I did buy some OTV in Tunisia once but I think you need a prescription now, Any information, positive…
