Hpat id document number

On my admission ticket I have to fill the id document number and expiration date for my document. I chose certified identification letter and there is no document number or expiration date for it. How do i fill it in?

They really focus on the smalles tdetails. I sent them sn email and they replied that i dont need them. Thanks for your answer
