Anybody know if or where it's possible to buy the LCD screen for an Omron M6 Comfort (Model HEM-7221-E8(V))?? Or if there is an Irish agent for Omron.
Apologies for not being able to use Google...eyesight not the best.

TBH it's probably beyond economic repair.

Amazon do the full unit for about £60

Or for other brands they start at about £25
and that's for monitor + a fivers worth of crap to get free delivery to UK address + parcel motel/parcel wizard/ parcel connect to get it delivered to shipped to an Irish address.

LIDL and ALDI have these monitors on a regular basis too.

Even better Argos monitors start from just €26

If you find an LCD you'll have to wait for shipping and there's the time it takes to install too and Sod's Law says it'll be the wrong one or it'll crack.

From what I can tell this is a done and dusted technology

Don’t waste your money on an inaccurate blood pressure monitor when our tests have also revealed great value Best Buys. In fact, four of the seven Best Buy blood pressure monitors we’ve uncovered in our latest tests cost less than £25, and outperform rivals costing up to £100.

Thanks for the reply..ive already ordered a new one but would like to try repairing the broken one to keep me occupied for an hour or so and just to have a spare. I've emailed Omron in Holland so will await their reply.

Further to my earlier post, I took the unit apart and it turns out that the screen doesn't have it's own connector....it's harwired/soldered to the main PCB and the main PCB via a ribbon cable and the main board is also hardwired/soldered to another ribbon cable to the control buttons...so no easy fix there unslee I replace the whole main board and connected bits.
Not economically repairable...as per earlier post! :-(
