Credit Card Account Closure

    Hi,

    I completed an credit card account closure request in my local branch. The account has been left 30 euro in credit to cover stamp duty but I can still view the account on my 365 online? The account closure request was completed three weeks ago. Can I confirm account is closed and remove from my 365?

    Hi bloominefa,

    Thanks for your post. If you send your query through the Ask a Question option in the Service Desk on 365 Online, an adviser can confirm if the request has been completed and can also remove the account from your online view.
