Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    That kid McTominay looks alright

And what about his footballing ability?

    Manchester United very poor here

It's all very slow and sluggish

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,690 ✭✭✭Mokuba

Lukaku and intricate football do not belong together.

His close control is truly abysmal.

A bit Van Gaal-esque. Not as bad as that, but just short passing with no real incisive threat.

If Sanchez was clinical he'd have hit that first time.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,332 ✭✭✭Always Be Closing

With that being said I think Chelsea have had their 15 minutes

I expect Manchester United to go up through the gears now

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,561 ✭✭✭Umaro

Sanchez should've put Utd in front there.

Morata having an awful game, he can't hold up the ball at all and is getting dispossessed every time he gets it.

    Pogba did excellently there

Morata used to be good didn't he?

Why are the Manchester United fans singing 'We All Hate Leeds Scum'?

    McTominay at fault there

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,584 ✭✭✭Rekop dog

Moses wasting a serious amount of opportunities. United seem to be giving him acres of space.

    What a goal.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,561 ✭✭✭Umaro

    Oh my word.

Hazard and Willian combining there, beautiful passing. Didn't seem like there was any danger when Hazard doubled back. What a pass. United defence asleep.

    Great goal

Cracking goal there. Dunno why Willian was dropped recently, always seems to do well.

Willian very good again. Some power he has

    Very poor DDG

That's a goalkeeping error from de Gea.

DeGea very poor there. No wonder he's pissed off with himself.

Poor from De Gea. Decent goal in terms of the match. Man U have to come out to play now.

    Awful goalkeeping

    Really poor.

The lesser spotted De Gea howler. Ball almost went right through him.

I'd love to see him at Liverpool.

McTominay showed his inexperience there. Completely left Willian.

    Wow that’s shocking keeping actually.

McTominay and De Gea both to blame for that

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,510 ✭✭✭tinpib

Bad by Moses, defense opened up in front of Hazard there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,179 ✭✭✭✭sligeach

Good goal from Willian, started it in his own box, linked up again in midfield and finished in the United box.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,308 ✭✭✭Pyjamarama

Valencia 8 yards deeper than the other united players didn't help either. Didn't need to run so deep. Made the pass easy for Edin.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,171 ✭✭✭Neamhshuntasach

Moses getting a lot space. Not doing much with his balls in though. Hazard should have went for it himself.

Yeah, i put his Arsenal form this season down to him not wanting to be there, but he hasn't set the world alight at Old Trafford either. Early days of course.

You'd have to think they're most likely to drop out of top 4 come May given their glaring limitations.

How poor are Manchester United here?

Struggle to make the top 4 on the back of this

He was dire before that. He might kick on in this game now.

Credit to Martial, the only consistent bright spark in United's attack.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,105 ✭✭✭mada999

    good goal

All Rom needs to do is get a goal against a big side...

Lukaku to break his duck and score against an actual good team.

    Called it.
