Hi.
I just got shafted by my solicitor. They wanted €11k paid up this month which wasn't possible due to a spell of unemployment + un-planned tax bill. So they tried to hold my case + files over a barrel and suggested I go get a bank loan or else. So I said fine I'll take the "or else" since I think €15k total for the few fiddley bits they do is getting a proper shaft anyway.

So, I'm happy enough to plead my own case but I don't know the mechanics of the Circuit Court in Smithfield. Is it complicated to know what's happening where? If I try to just wing it the other side would only be delighted to trip me up on technicalities.

I need a guide to the Circuit Court.
