    Hi,

    I note a duplicate Direct debit charge this month. (VW Car Finance normal monthly charge) If someone could reach out and check with me it would be great.

    Thanks for your post.

    This would need to be checked with your car finance provider. If they've processed a payment in error, you can request a refund under SEPA direct debit requests in the Service Desk on 365 Online.
