    Hi there - is it possible to get copy invoices for billing period 01.01.17 to 25.03.17 and if yes, where do i go to get them online is preferable or by email.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    If you have an Electric Ireland Online Billing account, you can view any bills that were issued over the last 18 months. As such, this would include the bils from the period you mentioned. You can log in here.

    If you are not registered for Online Billing, you can do so here.

    Otherwise, we can issue copies via the post to you. They cannot be issued via email.

    If you wish for us to do this, we need you to please send us a private message and confirm the following details for us:

    - The name on the account
    - The full address
    - The account number
    - The date or birth or contact number
    - Confirmation you are the account holder

    If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
