Garmin replacement service for Fenix 2?

    have a 3 year old Garmin Fenix 2 which has started to show condensation on the inside - no obvious damage or heavy use

    Contacted Garmin & they will do a replacement Fenix 2 for £106.80.
    Has anyone used the replacement service?
    & is there any room for getting a more recent model ( Fenix 3 or Fenix5) ?

    Any experience / advice appreciated

    I just had my Fenix 5 replaced but it was within guarantee so no cost to me. I had emailed (with no response for a few days) and then I rang. That’s when they told me to send it back and I found them great on the phone. Might be worth a call to ask is there a possibility to upgrade?
