Account number not working

    Hi eir

    Im looking to cancel within the 14 day cool off. Rep at the door promises did not come to light.

    Were ringing the 1901 number were putting in the account number and trying the phone number but the automated voice bounces back sorry no account or phone number matches.

    So how can we cancel if we cant get through using eir system of cancellation proccess

    Please advise
