I took a gap year from college, and due to other things going on I completely forgot about the CAO until around the 2nd of February. I made my account and paid the €10 fee to change (add) my courses. I've finalised my choices and have all the correct information on my application, so am I still in the all-clear even though…

No. you can apply from early in march but if unsure on anything ring cao. their hq is in galway
