Hey Guys

A New EU initiative which Sports Ireland has been working with in developing coaching of kids over the last while has been going on and a good bit of work is going into this.

Had a read of the content and it is fairly solid and well worth the read for anyone in particular new to the sport

While this is designed for coaching kids the most recent addition in terms of Injury Prevention is solid advice and could be very beneficial to runnings of all ages and levels.
