Typical we are all off work today and we wake up to gloomy skies. Such a pity.

Yeah I'm fairly pissed off now as well, especially after seeing the forecast for Monday

Sun starting to burn through the cloud here in Castlebar.Much more humid feel to the day.

Sun stating to pop out now in keep Kildare also

Cloudy this morning in West Clare, same as yesterday really. Cloud dissapeared at 11am yesterday and we had a true cracker of a day so I don't particularly mind!

17 degrees already at several stations on the 10am reports. It has the potential to be a very warm day where the sun manages to stay out for long periods.

Wouldn't mind a few, it's them extending into Sunday afternoon I'm worried about!

I'm quite puzzled at Met Eireanns forecast for Monday and Tuesday. Up to this morning they said low to mid 20's, and suddenly this morning they're saying mid to high teen, possibly just reaching 20c in some spots! I can't see any chart agreement for this either, Tuesday especially looking like a beautiful day off their own chart.

Very disappointing day here dark rain threatening and not warm. People strolling around in shorts and T-shirt’s look rather uncomfortable.

Very cloudy in Cork City with no sign of the sun breaking through :( it is warm though! 18 degrees

14.2 currently and the sky getting darker rather than clear. If it is going to get bad later a nice bit of thunder and lightning will lift the mood . Everyone except met are saying Monday is going to be hot with clear skies

The rate of cloud burnoff here in S.Kildare seems to be rather equal to the rate of cloud buildup rolling down off the Wicklow Mts. So kind of maintaining a partly sunny/cloudy pattern for now. Very breezy and no notable warm up yet.

Looks a case of NW is best - plenty of cloud down South and presumably into evening we'll see even more. Hopefully we can get some sparks.

The sun made a great appearance in Tuam just in time for the Ice Cream van we had ordered for our end of year academy session. It has gotten cloudy since but I'll take that.

It's amazing how accurate MTs forecasts are compared to met.

Got up to 19.7C here near Tralee during a sunny spell, clouding in more now and down to 18.3C.

Time to cut the grass before the rain! ::pac:

Very nice outside but cooler than yesterday despite the lighter wind. Some showers in the Irish sea

Met Eireann revised their temperatures up to what they were for Monday-Thursday again. Baffling!

Their temperature forecast tool gives 28c in the border region on monday!
