Then it's only a crime if there is a response that breaches the peace? And wont you have to prove it was intended.

No, it is a Garda's opinion if the peace is breached.
As I said, AGS are ignoring such abortion images, it is politically sensitive.
If it was acceptable images, we'd see such images in advertising products etc.
