When I renew my insurance or seek quotes it’s always “where do you live?” “Where do you work?”, and do you drive there or words to that effect. D6 & D12 were the respective answers. The D12 always pushed up premium. If you lie and are involved in accident you are required to detail the reason for journey etc, was it after work, etc, and you can be caught out and risk being refused insurance thereafter. I know this because a soul bag shunted me after driving too close behind me for ages and I had to stop unexpectedly. All these details were required when claiming off her.
