    Hi all,

    Due to the Red Alert weather warning advising extreme caution due to very severe and dangerous conditions, the Electric Ireland Customer Service telephone lines are unavailable today. We regret the inconvenience and will be aiming to open again as soon as conditions allow.

    There will be limited Customer Service available on Social Media until 6pm. If there is a power outage, ESB Networks can be contacted on 1850 372 999 (24-hour). See https://www.esbnetworks.ie/power-outages-updates/overview for more.
