Here’s something. The xx are set to play two shows in May at the Tivoli Theatre in Dublin, courtesy of new promoter Selective Memory.

Tickets for the intimate shows at The Tivoli on 23rd and 24th May 2018 are priced €40 + booking fee and go on sale this Thursday 8 March at 10am from Ticketbooth.eu. Register for Dublin presale tickets. Purchases will be limited to two tickets per person/transaction. No more nights will be added.

Wow, that's class, from the 3arena to Tivoli. I'm not a huge fan at all but it's cool that they're doing such a small show. What's the capacity in Tivoli?

Seem to be Irish all right but I don't know much about them.

3 gigs so far I know of: Leftfield in Vicar and Broken Social and XX in Tivoli.

I've seen them once and I thought they were grand but I wasn't blown away. Their albums have never interested me much but the songs were better in a live setting in fairness. Small venue could make it good though. Tickets for these shows should be hard to get id imagine? Probably cheap enough too.

Decent band, their first album was very good and the quality has dropped back a bit but still would be great to see live.

Thursday seemed to be sold out in seconds but I got 2 for Wednesday.

I got 2 for Thursday. I had the two dates open on my phone and on my laptop and the first one I clicked went through, and the three after that came up sold out... Must have been gone in about 5 seconds I'd say.

Managed to grab two tickets for the the 23rd just there. Seems to be some left. Question, is this going to be all standing? The tickets only say 'Pre Sale Ticket' on them.

There's no seats in the Tivoli.
