Ah thats a sickener. Really starting to build momentum there. Still, not in a bad place at all I reckon. 250 still a very feasible target here, just keep heads, pick off runs and have 5-6 overs at the death to open the shoulders. That's the plan anyway!

The pessimism is spectacular. Sure those 2 wickets have hurt a lot but 225+ is still very much achievable and could well be enough runs on this pitch against Afghanistan. Honestly anything over 200 could well be enough!

200 needs to be the minimum target. Afghanistan have only gone over 200 once in the whole tournament and that was in their very first match. The pitches are being recycled and have to be difficult to bat on after nearly a month of almost daily tournament play.

Pessimism is because we're slogging away here as opposed to any sort of freedom at bat or signs of building something.
