Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bonus match for us all while we're snowed in. Hoping for a City win just for the sh!ts and giggles of another Arsenal meltdown.

Just posted something similar in the General thread

    Arsene surely under pressure here

Boos all around the ground if Arsenal lose tonight I suspect

    boom....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

There was hardly any reaction in the ground.

Very subdued from the fans that did turn up.

Arsenal lack leadership. Thats what you get when you buy ****.

Think the Arsenal fans are expecting a beating. City fans are at the opposite end to that goal. This feels like a pre-season friendly.

    What a fcuking goal

What a first touch by Silva.

This could be a serious trimming. With a bit of luck.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

    Sane is magic.

    Should probably be the YPOTY.

The ultimate example of "the beautiful game".

    That’s an even better goal!
Hard to fault Arsenal too much here. They just are not in City’s class, and the table shows that.

So good to watch, is it any wonder they're so far ahead. No such thing as taking the foot off the gas.

You just get the feeling that City will decide themselves whether this is a hammering or not.

The top 6 is becoming the top 5 really.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,337 ✭✭✭✭monkey9

This is super stuff from City. Nobody can compete with this.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,046 ✭✭✭Berserker

0-3, this could end up 0-5 or so.

Bellerin used to be a good FB.

But again, Sane, pure magic that young lad.

He's well on the way to becoming one of the best wingers in the league.

My god. Arsene won't have a job after this match

Not many teams could handle this sort of play to be fair to Arsenal.....

    Edersons distribution is insane.

It might push Wenger out the door quicker so.

And its the manner of defeat really. Arsenal are tame. Not a foot going in. Pathetic.

Sure look its ok. Arsene will balance the books.

I'd guess we'll coast for the rest of the game now. No need to risk any injuries before the Chelsea game on sunday.

Probably the best thing to happen them tonight is get bet by 5 or more.

Wenger cannot hold his job after this

City look likely to score in every attack....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,337 ✭✭✭✭monkey9

This is like watching a top Premier League side deflate a League 2 side in the FA Cup.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,404 ✭✭✭✭Vicxas

Who's on the left for Arsenal?

City are getting so much joy down that way

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 246 ✭✭Urindanger

Sane back to being unplayable. If he somehow manages to stay consistent he'll become the best winger in the world.

He will still see out the season I think no matter what happens the rest off the season.

He's gone in the summer regardless. As for tonight, they could lose 10-0 and he'll still be there until the end of the season.

Shocking to see just how far Arsenal have fallen really. If we keep our foot on the gas, this could be any score. All we normally get there is the half time cuppa.

Its a bad as the weather outside.

Arsenal are soft. They dont have a fella on the park that would take a slap for the team. Depressing stuff. Give me a shane duffy in defence any day over mustafi, koscielny etc.

Obviously, Man City are very good. But the fact that Arsenal are in this state is ridiculous. How can Wenger accept this and let the club he loves rot away. It's pure selfishness now.
