Does the spotting scope show glint?

I wouldn't say it makes it unplayable. Just means you have to pick targets more discretely and not stay in the same place or hide in a bush. Iv'e been running around with that class, using the iron sights helps and throwing knives and a pistol come in handy for tight corners.

Biggest issue in the game right now is OP bombers and rubbish anti air.

Had a game lastnight where i thought id try them out as there were lads going 120/0 in games.
Considering i never fly in and of the recent BF games,, went 72/4 just bombing flags, totally ruins the game when a terrible pilot like me can do such k/d ratio.

Hopefully they sort this in the dec 4th update.

Bombers should be powerful, reminds me of BF2 when jets were dominating. Only way to take them down was with another aircraft.

There's a big difference between being powerful and being so unbalanced that it ruins games for other people.

Anti Air should be able to take them down, but they cant, have you played the game yourself?

Anti air was pretty impotent in BF2 against jets.

If there was a incentive/reward to protect a tank it might make things interesting. But the fact is 1 Panzerfaust can take a tanks health down to 90 and normal nades can finish it off.

You're correct in sense but ideally you would need at least 2-3 squads in a party protecting a tank.

I would say at least 4-5 depending on where it is hit and how many players are attacking it. If 2 players attack tank gets a slight debuff, 3 panzers, only if they attack at the same time and the tank gets hit within 2 seconds or something. 1 player should have to resupply to take it out, that would require the player to stand beside the ammo crate and resupply but the tank has the option to destroy the ammo crate. Player can rebuild ammo crate. There shouldn't be an extra panzerfaust for requisitions though, 2 panzerfaust ammo is plenty for that class. Players should be hoping they get a tank at the start of a game. Its a bit weaker at the tracks also but 4 minimal should take it out with 3 being the there for attacks with 2 players firing.

I played as assault on Rotterdam and took out 5 tanks in 1 life in the space of 7 minutes. 2 kills with dynamite 3 with panzerfaust.

Heard there was significant price drops in the US, not selling well. Generally this wouldn't upset me but I also bought it for my brother while drunk. I have a feeling it will be a lot better once they launch more of the game.
I find all the best and worst emotions come from playing fps' online.

They are not making changes to TTK but are for TTD ie time to die which is different.
TTK wont be touched until they are happy with TTD first.

I’m using an old GTX 970 married to an i5 and 16gb RAM, running off an SSD, and I’m frankly stunned at the fidelity and performance.

It really looks horrid on my xbox 1 (release xbox). BF1 was the same so I played that on PC, went back to the xbox with BF1 there last month and the textures looked pretty good.

BFV textures for smoke/dust on console are pixelated to no end, really looks ugly hope they fix that.

Had an epic few mins on Rotherham holding the last point in breakthrough.

We Took out a tank and I was blown on my arse. Two of us were pinned down, laying on my back crawling backwards, smoke and fire everywhere. Couldnt see more than 10 feet in front of me.

Enemy appearing through the smoke trying to hunt us down but we kept picking them off as they came. Used all my rifle rounds, then all my handgun rounds, grenades, everything was thrown at them. Three guys appeared through the smoke we were sitting ducks just about to die ...and bam our tank rolls through the mayhem, front gunner opens open and rips them to shreds and the round ends with a win.

Felt like punching the air. Real band of brothers type moment.
