There's a lot of extra content that has not been announced yet but we know will be coming. Dice will want to keep this going until 2020 before the next installment is due. By then I'd expect 6 factions and at least another 12 multiplayer maps.

Don't understand why they made it so the stationary Atguns reload automatically with animation. With no option to reload you can't see where the projectile is going and can't adjust when the animation for reload kicks in. Why couldn't they use the BF1 reload mechanic where the player has to press reload worked pretty well I thought.

Now I'm concerned for sure, not even 2 weeks old and even PC is 50% off. Heard angry jie saying queue times were bad because of lack of players any truth to it ?

I can't comment on the PC version however angry Joe filmed his video on launch day and posted a review a few days ago. Apparently many issues have been addressed since then but I'll leave it to the PC BFV players to fill you in on that platform.

Playing great on Xbox One X.

Every game launched around Red dead has suffered in the sales dept.

Takes me about 1-5 seconds to join a game. Never had an issue.

Never and issue finding games on PC, one look at the server browser shows up a massive amount of full servers every time.
I wouldnt mind angry joe , hes gone from being a reliable and sometimes funny reviewer to a whiner who just loves to bash games.
Its time to pack it in if i ever offer him up as an example of an informed opinion.

The game may be under performing but it still has a healthy player base and suggestions to the contrary are just nonsensical pot-stirring.

I didn't pay for BFV but I got burned the exact same way with Fallout 76. €60 for a buggy, mediocre game that drops to €30 about a week later.

At least BF5 is, at its core, a very decent game, so even had paid €60 you are getting your moneys worth in fairness, even if its got issues/problems/falls short in the overall sense.

This crap pisses me off. Been playing BF since BF2 and paid full whack for the game only for it to drop 30% 3 days later.

Everyone seems to bleed out rapidly instead of actually checking if medic / squad member nearby!

I find if you make the effort to revive team mates where you can they will revive you in kind

I wish people would stop sprinting face first into bullets then screaming at me to revive them.

Been trying medic this morning for the first time, ****ing hell the Sten is so accurate but might as well be a nerf gun. Getting murdered by everyone even though I'm pumping rounds in to them.

What gun would be considered OP at present? I'm watching my K/D disintegrate so would like a few rounds at least with something capable of racking up the kill count

So you're assuming that was the case. Well, I actually killed 3 and stopped a flank in the instance I was talking about, the 4 medics behind me killed the other dude who was at half health. But sure make your mind up before you even get on the same platform I'm on, to make a revive.

Tried that Suomi or whatever its called yet, awful peashooter! The EMP is pretty good.

Not sure if there is an OP gun some under powered ones.

I find the Gewhre 43 and M1A1 Carbine are the best middle ground. StG44 is also pretty good, has some range but also very good in close quarter where the carbines aren't great. I just use the M1A1 is every scenario though, too lazy to keep switching!

The iron sights on the carbine are horrible to get used to, fire rate is a lot better than the Gewhre but takes more bullets to kill. Gewhre has a great kick, start at the mid torso end at the head, usually takes 4 bullets at most distances.

M1A1 carbine is a beast . stick a 3x scope on it and you will dominate . especially on the more open maps . i went 78-13 with it on Arras. by far the most kills ive manages in this game yet . it is super accurate with very little recoil and will fire as fast as you can click the mouse . decent up close if you spam the fire button, excellent at mid range and you can even out snipe snipers with it its a great all rounder . outside the KE7 for support its my favourite gun in the game

78-13???:eek: **** man that's some going, I'm averaging 1:1 in most games but I get games of breakthrough where I'm in double deaths vs single or single figure kills.

i was playing in a squad with lads i know on discord so i was getting revived a lot . really helps improve the Deaths number . i was killed a lot more that 13 times but revived most of the time. if on your own 2-1 would be a great result . id probably average 1.6 or 1.7 k/d if playing on my own . or if in a bad squad it could go negative

I liked it, but at the end of the day, it was still just superheros in self healing tanks shooting wave after wave of enemies

The cut scenes were poignant but so were many other cut scenes in other BF single player segments.

Yer man in the jeep with his leg trapped as it was filling up with water telling you to shoot out the window...

On xbox one it's about 1.5 minutes to join a matchmaking session off peak times

That's not too bad tbh considering each round lasts over 20 minutes

Anyone know what it's like on PC? Was a big problem at times in BF1.
