    Hi Guys,
The mother has decided she wants a smart tv. Netflix & youtube (rte player is a bonus). Size wise would need to be between 37 & 40 inches. Also 1080p is more than enough zero need for 4k or hdr. Budget is 650 max what would you recommend?

    Hi tkd93,

If you are looking for a good TV around that does not have 4K but has a good panel I would recommend the Panasonic TX40ES500. It's a full HD panel with smart hub at 419 euro including shipping and a 6 year guarantee. The only thing this TV would not have is the RTE player.

If you're looking for a TV that can get RTE player I would recommend the Sony KD43XE8004. At 699 euro it's a bit out of the budget but it has the Android smart system which is much more comprehensive and should allow you to download the RTE player from the Google Play Store. It is a 4K Tv but the panel is far superior to the Panasonic for general viewing.

Let me know what you think.

    Kind regards

    David

    Hi Corks Finest.

Unfortunately we do not stock any monitors.

You could look at the Sony 32WE613 which while it is only HD ready has HDR support for 4K gaming priced at £269.00

Sony also have the Full HD 32WD751 priced at £329.00
    http://www.richersounds.ie/p-202076-sony-bravia-kdl32wd751.aspx

If thinking of the 32WD751 you would be better jumping up to the Panasonic 40ES500 priced at £349.00

There are getting fewer and fewer smaller sizes of screens.

    Let me know your thoughts.

    Hi Corks Finest.

The Only 32" are the ones I listed above unfortunately.

I have no news as of yet on any new lines that will be released later this year.

    No problem Corks Finest.

Once we know about the new products coming this year we will put a boards post up listing them.
