Tax on parking space rental

Just wondering what kind of taxation rules apply for renting-out an underground parking space associated to someone's primary residence. Is this just an additional income with full income tax / USC due or does it work differently?

There is no exemption from Income Tax for renting out a parking space. So its Income Tax, PRSI and USC.

A portion of your exemption from CGT on your PPR might also be impacted.

0
