you tube and facebook video problem

iv a windows 10 laptop and using edge browser

im ahving trouble with videos playing. i see the thumbnail but as soon as it starts loading it stops and gives a black screen and says an error has accured, try later.
if i restart teh laptop it works again for a while but lately it is happening more regular (every few days) . today it is happening every second video.

facebook videos arnt palying either

can anyone shed some light on my issue and how to solve it

I know. But it works.
Internet explorer does thesame
I never got on with Firefox

iv tried googling but i dont know where to start to narrow it down

You could try leaving the dev console open and see if there are any errors in there when it happens:

If you see the error at least then you might be able to narrow it down

ok. downladed chrome.
now video is playing but no sound

I only use Google Chrome and Software Iron - it is chromium - no problems!
