Swimming as part of training?

Is swimming part of the training in Templemore? I have seen clips of people in a pool in one of those 'life in the college' type videos on YouTube but do they provide lessons for people who might not be strong swimmers?

I'd say it is. Just try to take up a few swimming lessons before going down. Make life easier for yourself
