I recently made a booking with Cathay Pacific and Aer Lingus and I'm getting 30kgs in one bag. Etihad and Emirates have both abolished 30KG with minimum priced fares wheras previously you'd have got 30KG in economy on the lowest fare but now you have to pay a bit extra.

Turkish Airlines website isn't very clear but it seems from my own interpretation of it that you'd get one suitcase from Ireland weighing upto 30KG's depending on the destination wheras some countries offer the baggage piece concept and others by weight. It might be worth tweeting them @TurkishAirlines for clarification.
