Hello,

How often are the rewards and competitions updated on the Rewards website please ?

There's been few, if any, updates or new competitions in recent months.

We have spoken with the Rewards team, who advised that it varies, but on average it is every quarter.

Within this time-frame however, there can be individual shorter-term and longer-term offers/campaigns.

Thank you for the reply.

I'd be surprised if it's even quarterly. 

It's been a long time since there were any new competitions or decent offers, while the existing ones have been there for what seems like more than three months.

Fairly disappointing, when you see the frequency of new rewards on offer from the likes of Bord Gais (and that's coming from a former customer, I have no conflict of interest or other agenda here).
