    Hey,

So I got the letter regarding the price increase on my package. The broadband and landline is back in my home house so going to use this opportunity for them to take over the broadband and phone.

They would like to remain with eir and I can see that offer of broadband and landline for 40 a month which would suit them. What is the process to cancel without disruption to the service?

Do I put through a cancellation on the account and then get them to sign up online on the same day?

    Thanks

    Hi lenoude,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm afraid you are unable to cancel without losing the service, there is an option to change ownership on the account. The customer care team will be happy to explore all options with you on 1901, they'll advise you on all.

    Thanks

    Tracey
