Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ancellotti stopped giving a crap. Bayern were awful back then. They're a completely different side now.

Psg look a million miles from winning the champions league on tonight's viewing they were appealing really. That being said real were impressive, they bossed the game from start to finish and were still able to bring bale, isco and Kroos on and leave modric on the bench :O

It was rescue flares that the PSG fans should have been setting off.

PSG had no heart, no passion, no spark. They went out with a whimper. It was as if they didn't believe in themselves without Neymar. And Verratti showing that petulance and poor temperament was outrageous. He really screwed his team there.

As bad as PSG were, Zidane deserves credit for his tactics. He left out the ballers and went with destroyers in the centre, and it worked. The Madrid midfield bullied and bested them. I thought Ronaldo and Benzema did very well up top also.

Neymar is probably already drawing up his wishlist for the new manager. Wonder who it will be.

Why not Zidane or Pep if they want Champion's league winning managers? Those two get their teams to play the game the way they'd like it played too.

If Real fail to win the Champions League, Zidane will be available.

It makes sense for PSG to hire him.

Real's tactics were spot on - challenge them in the centre for the ball, never give them time to set up attacks.

Even then, the way PSG disintegrated was embarrassing stuff, attitude from some players was shameful.

In the group stages , it looked like PSG were going to be one of the favourites, Real played well enough, nothing outstanding, and still bent them over their knee.

I think the first leg score line flattered Madrid but last night could have been many times worse than it turned out to be, Real played within themselves and got over the line comfortably.
