The problem with steak sambos, in my opinion, is the cut of meat the restaurant uses. As its cut up steak, most places wont use really nice steak, i think because its too expensive, so the steak in the sambo will be too tough.

Long story short, if im having a steak sambo, ill make it myself at home. If im out and about, a burger is my only man.

Do you do burgers?

I think it was a quantity issue, I get angered by steak sambos where the bread is the main actor, like hello!! WHERE'S THE MEAT?

Calls back today from the 2 places i asked for a reservation.

Lord Edward 'cant keep the tables because we keep them for the regulars but you can chance the arm, but if there are none free its "Hard cheese"'.

TP Smyths will hold a couple of tables for us upstairs for drinks, and if anyone wants to order food, they can too. It will be in the upstairs section, which has some space and good acoustics so we can hear each other. Also has its own bar so no need to track up and down. TB, they said they would have a steak sandwich waiting for you on arrival.

I booked Smyths. Hope that is ok?
