    Hi,

    What is the best way to find out further details of an inward transaction on a current a/c dating back to June '17? Need to find out who the sender was. Details appearing on bank statement is my name. Can't go back far enough on online banking.

    Hi J-C,

    Thanks for your post.

    Please first check this by going to your Transactions screen then click the tab at the top which has drop downs for each month going back 12 months on your account. When you select June '17 and find the transfer into your account, there may be a Plus icon next to the payment which you can click on to expand and this may include more details on the payment.

    If there were no details included, you can send a message through the Ask a Question option on 365 Online and an advisor will look into this further for you.
