Precision Group vans

I was working in Portmarnock yesterday and stopped in Malahide for lunch. I parked a bit away from the village as it is almost impossible to find parking. Anyway, i noticed a three vans marke "Precision Group UK" parked and a about 6 men in Orange Hi-Vis jacket walking around with traffic cones and plastic railing fence…

Anyway, i noticed a three vans marke "Precision Group UK" parked and a about 6 men in Orange Hi-Vis jacket walking around with traffic cones and plastic railing fence type things.
Then as i got to portmarnock there were another two vans there.
I am back down again today and noticed the vans are there again today.

My inquisitve nature has gotten the best of me.
They don't seem to be opening drain covers or digging holes, or generally anything. But are walking around (and sitting in the van mostly) with the cones and railguard things.

Anyone have any idea what they're doing?

I'd say they were doing a CCTV survey of drains which is usually done from the van.
