    They have a physical address and a mobile listed on the site. I'd call and say I'm in the area - can I call in and see stock, and how do I get there. Based on the response you get, make your own decisions. Looks like the order is submitted and then you are invoiced for the cost, which is as well because there's no ssl on the site, so you wouldn't want to be putting in CC details.
