    I love how much you learn playing this game. OK, so I'm assuming you're referring to Howard Florey, noted Australian scientist. But I don't see a 2nd word.
    He's an Aussie, and he presented freeze dried mould exactly 19 years to the day after the first ever Platypus was exhibited in the US. But that feels really tenuous. He doesn't have a day named after him, he did win a Nobel prize, was on a note, there's a town named after him near Canberra in the ACT, can't see anything there though. Does Penicillin count as a compound?
