I bought a set of KEF Calinda speakers.

I am trying to figure out what the input connection on the speaker is.

    Here is a photo.

    Thanks for the answer.

So I split the cable going to either speaker into two with 2 banana plugs going to each speaker.?

Does it make a difference which is + or - ?

Speaker cable has two cables internally (if a single cable) but usually you can see them and it does make a difference, + on amplifer to + on speaker and - on amplifier to - on speaker, some speaker cable will have a marking to signify which is + but as long as + to + it does not make any difference, the markings are just there to assist

Speaker cable comes with two strands. One side will usually have a line down it or something to differentiate it from the other side.

No. As long as you keep one strand left - and the other right +
I usually just use red as right, that's if there is a red. You can decide which strand will be + or - and once you have be consistent.
