I would say anything over 30 will be a decent week this week. Over 40 a very good score.

We're going to see some good teams / players score under 20 points! Remarkable really, I can't remember a week like it (that wasn't a BGW)

I was getting into the false economy of bringing in only GW31 players for a while, loading my team with Stoke players and the like.

Then read a post on Reddit a few weeks back where a guy compared his team from last year which prepared for the blank vs his friend's team who had no idea it was coming, and the the guy who prepared ended up significantly down on his mate over the 5-6 weeks leading up to it and including the blank.

Brought in Mahrez and Son the following weeks on the back of that argument and evidence, and has thankfully paid off. Forever indebted to whoever that lad on reddit is!

Pays to prepare for the blank to an extent but needs to be balanced a bit, particularly when it comes to players with attacking returns. Definitely one for us to keep in mind for next season

Crucially 2 of the 3 most expensive players in the game being out for any length of time would nullify the advantage for anyone who built a £107+ team value.
People with a £103 team can now afford the new 'top' players without having to sacrifice elsewhere.

What a week for FF,29pts,Son with15 of them. Front 3 of J Ayew:(,Kane:( + Kun:(. Luckily I brought in Son for Sterling,it's not even close to being my worst ever week

My last three transfers have all been players that blank in 31. Naughton , alli and mahrez. I made the blank gw mistake last year .
