4g my phone says its 3g

hi im a long time customer with meteor now with eir i recently changed my phone how do i get 4G do i have to get a different sim card now , will this effect the plan im on ?

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

In order to avail of the 4G service, you would need to be in a 4G area, have a 4G handset and SIM and have a 4G plan. Our customer care team on 1901 will be happy to explore this with you and advise on all.
