Been searching for new development houses in Limerick city. Many houses say "Price on Application" but if we don't know the approximate price how can we really know whether we can even afford it? Any one went through such scenario recently?

Guess what you think they are worth and add about 20% to that. Welcome to Limerick property in 2018.
