Been snowing fairly heavily in Castletroy Limerick all morning. Not sticking on the roads though as they are wet.
Nice build up in my garden however, easily a few centimeters now.

There's about 2 inches in Dublin 18 but the new snow coming down isn't filling in any footprints and it's lighter than it was.

Almost constant snow varying in intensity from very light snow grains to full on wet snow that built coverage very quickly in Ashbourne from around 0800, has now significantly reduced in intensity, there has probably been between 5 and 8 cm over the period.

Some thawing evident, the temperature is clearly just that little bit higher than last time round.

Very heavy snow off the south coast it looks like. Would be plastered if they moved up I'd say but highly unlikely.

M7 is drivable , we are still getting the odd heavy shower and the thaw is substantial between the showers so plenty of surface water in places.
Some of the off ramps still dicey enough.

Just drove naas to Dublin. Was fine jsut take it handy
