Still waiting on reimbursement off two of these offers. It says to contact help desk but this only provides FAQ.

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.
I'd ask you to raise this through your Live life rewards profile. You can do this by clicking on the "Help" option once you're logged in when you've selected that go down to were is says "Still can't find what you're looking for? Choose a category below for further help." then select the "My Offers" section.
You can scroll down the page and select the offer it relates to and write the details of your query and the advisers there will be more than happy to have a look into this for you.

Following the way as above only lets you choose current offers and not ones that have expired?

Until then, you can continue to use the service to view and to redeem offers as you normally would. Please note that any valid offers can be redeemed up until August 19th.
