    Did you take up this offer? I am considering it but all the negative reviews on the One Big Switch Facebook page are putting me off. Looking at the electricity option only.

    moved gas and electricity a week ago. however i didnt really move as i was with, but out of contract with BG.

    So i got an email saying welcome you now have the 28% of leccy and 30% off gas. no change of account number or anything.

    ive yet to receive a bill but so far it was smooth.

    Prepay for your gas and electricity?
    Is this for customers who have bad credit ratings or something?
    Why would anyone voluntarily want to prepay for utilities?
    Am I missing something somewhere?
