Any particular reason why an e-statement for a Monthly Saver can't be generated via Banking365?

Or at least have the option to view the transactions of the Monthly Saver account?

Archaic system in comparision to other banks by only issuing (delayed) paper statements. No even mini statements available in branch.

    Hi Darando,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

This type of account can only generate paper statements and this would be why you can only see the balance online. You can however request a new statement to be sent out to your address through the "Ask a question" section within the "Service Desk" tab of your 365 online profile.

Thanks as well for the feedback on this and please be assured that I will take note of this.
    Darren.

    Thanks for the reply.

tbh, you would think BOI would want to cut down on postage to save costs and help the customer. Think it's a no brainer to get it enabled via 365.

Logging into an online digital system to request a paper statement isn't very "digital"

Thanks for getting back to me Darando, I'll take note of your feedback.
