Eir wireless 4g Broadband

    I cancelled my service on 20/02/2018 for the 4g complete broadband and as a result I cannot access my eir online to see my final bill or any other of my bills and also when I try to phone I am getting cut off saying the account number and phone number is not valid. How do I get to speak to an actual person to request my final bill and know where I stand?

    Unfortunately when an account is cancelled the myeir account would also be terminated.

    If you contact a member of our webchat team using the link below they will be able to confirm your balance and ensure your final bill is reissued.
