Tough watch so far Edinburgh have the deserved lead even being a man down.

Can't think of any positives for Munster so far poor display by a lot of seasoned players.
Tackling has been very poor too many missed tackles.
Would be nice if we pull this out of the fire but to be honest I don't think it's going to happen.

Good call from Whitehouse to cancel that lineout. Terrible from JJ to not secure touch from that penalty

That’s about the fifth penalty we have given away in their 22.

Munster need to really work here, Edinburgh are absolutely out on their feet.

Just one good passage of play will win this, but I can't see where it comes from. Too many players have checked out

Lbp is probably more than we deserved

I’m not sure what we deserved can be published on a family friendly website

Credit to Edinburgh, they worked very hard for that and I thought they were going to break down in the final 10 but Munster couldn't bring themselves to fire a shot. Learning experience for the guys coming through in how not to close out a game.

For Europe we are walking a tightrope on key positions here. If Murray or any centre or Keatley gets injured, we have nothing to replace them.

Well that was awful. Not a single positive to take from it.

To add, the tackling. Dear god, the terrible tackling. Edinburgh are not a good team and they danced right through us. Multiple missed tackles in a row on multiple occasions. They just didn't turn up to this game at all.

I'd be interested to see penalty stats under Rassie vs since JVG came in. It's early doors for him, so in a sense unfair to draw conclusions so early but to me it seems like we've started conceding a lot more.

They won a losing bonus point.
