Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I noticed over the last few months they are doing some work at the siding at Malahide - anybody know what the end goal is?

    Siding works?

Probably removing them. All they ever seem to do with sidings these days is disconnect or remove them.

Possibly preparing track for the upcoming engineering works

The sidings are wired up but only the Malahide end is actually used on a daily basis by DART services

100% correct. Lots of land in that spot at track level to prepare all the new track to be laid along the Northern line. Machinery is generally brought on at Donabate, Rush & Lusk, or Skerries. Or Portmarnock for anything towards Killester.
