Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Always some way of twisting it ha sure de gea is playing too.

Interesting that de gea has captains armband alright I think that's the right move.

Try to get Pogba into some form for the Cup semi or drop him and lose even more confidence..

I think I would go with option number 1 also

Has DDG missed a PL game yet? I'd imagine he wants those Golden Gloves so will always play unless hurt.

Will it effectively be a 4-2-3-1 with Pogba in the middle of the 3. I'm beginning to think if we're gonna keep him that's where we'll have to play him.

It's interesting as an experiment anyway.

I'm just amazed that Lukaku is getting a bit of a rest. Happy for him too, he really deserves it. I hope he isn't needed at 60 minutes if we're at 0-0 or worse.

I've seen some Jose line-ups in the past which made me think 'That is some bus!', but never one which made me think 'That is some shop window!'. Not until now.

Not that all will be sold, but potentially 8/9 there that could be gone over the summer.

Looks a 433 to me with front 3 all interchanging. Shaw will provide width down the left so i think martial and pogba will do well tonight

    Or a 4-2-2-2::p
    Darmian, Smalling, Jones, Shaw
    Herrera, Fellaini
    Pogba; Lingard
    Rashford, Martial.

Wouldn't be one bit surprised if 8 or 9 left the squad in the summer. Zlatan gone and Carrick already confirmed, it's not a major stretch for 6 /7 more to be shown the door for various reasons.
Some of them would be no loss whatsoever.

It's the potential aspect of it indeed. Nothing definite, but some players tonight are on their last legs at the club.

    Just looking at it now...

Darmian - Smalling - Jones - Shaw: 3/4 of them could go, 2/4 definitely will IMO.

Herrera - Fellaini - Pogba: The first two are stalling over new deals. 2/3 could go.

Lingard - Rashford - Martial: The first two have United Academy plot armour in the squad, Martial doesn't. 1/3 could go in Summer.

I make it at least 6 players who could realistically be gone by next season.

    Anyway, time to be entertained...

Wasn't Darmian saying recently how he's looking forward to leaving in the summer, or words to that effect?

If you're playing a B team, may as well throw in a youth right back instead of him.

Smalling’s first instinct every time is to go to the fullback, never looks up!

Pogba with all the time in the world and passes straight to the opposition with no United player in the vicinity.

Which one of his games in the past two months are you talking about?

    Get to inside their half
    Pass back
    Get to halfway line
    Pass back.
    HOOOF
    And the ball is gone.

Smalling showing yet again how to survive a Summer transfer window. He’s not the worst but wish he wasn’t first choice.

Herrera is anticipating and intercepting things very well. We’ve missed him this season. He really has only shown up in the last fortnight.
