Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Comfortable win for spurs, dembele will bully the United midfield

    He won't.

Not problem whatsoever. Dembele is a lot of things and a excellent cm but he ain't a bully.

It's the only thing left now if we lose tonight the season is over the players really will be in world cup saving mode.

4 points from 6 for bottom of the table West Brom against us and Pool.

That would make me so mad as a West Brom supporter tbh.

Still, we stay 3 ahead of Pool and have the game in hand again.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 20,779 ✭✭✭✭jayo26

Even less to play for now 3 point lead with a game in hand.

Will be in my AFC Wimbledon colours now till after the massive 6 pointer and then onto the cup game. All the while I'm meant to be studying...

My body is insane. I ALSO have some kind of half/mild lactose intolerance thing that means I also projectile vomit if confronted with or consume or see someone else drinking pure straight milk. I can have it totally fine in tea and cereal for some reason. I also fail brilliantly at processing any type of cheese and if I do I develop temporary tinnitus until it leaves my body.

I shall forever more think of your username standing for Projectile Johnson.

Anything to be said for a few Lingard screamers this evening, cause we all know Jesse just doesn't do simple goals....

What is the ticket allocation? I would be wary of calling this an away match tbh

honestly don't care what anyone says this game should have been played else where

I was thinking 'Puke'. 'Projectile' will likely get shortened to 'Pro'. If Pro. F returns someday it could get confusing when someone else is talking about 'Pro' in a post.

So if 'Projectile' doesn't work out, I'd like to suggest 'Puke' or the moniker 'Lack Toes' as back-ups. No doubt, PJohnson will be totally fine with all of this.

No Bailly in the squad. Is he injured again?

I've had pizza twice this week having not had any in ages who says advertising doesn't work

Getting slightly amped up for the match now, however you rate the cups always good to make and win finals. Hopefully we can start a match well for once

I think today may be the day that Sanchez finally makes an impression.

The big pitch at Wembley I think will suit him.

Just hope we play with a bit of belief and continue to do so if we fall behind rather than collapsing.

You don't deserve to start a game because you put in one good performance out of the blue.

Rashford had a good game the other night but Sanchez has been excellent against Swansea and city of late and Jessie is having his best season ever for us.

Can't argue with that front six at all but you will.

    Would've preferred Rashford over Sanchez.

Happy enough to have him there to attack them if the game gets tight or we need a goal.

Would of liked to see him start but im actually positive enough seeing the team apart from Bailiy wondering where hes gone off to.

Also ive never wanted to go to the pub so bad for a match especially with the weather out but all me mates are saps :pac: Ah well maybe later!!!

That's a very strong team on paper, some would say our best.

I hope Pogba doesn't wander around Wembley this time like a chap looking for a euro he dropped in the grass. He doesn't need to be MOTM for me today, just a team player.

I've to head off so won't get to watch this game live, good luck with the thread.

    C'MON UNITED.

I would have rathered see rashford start. Sanchez has been a huge disapointment and is lucky to be starting the game

What you want and what you get are two wildly different things. So just suck it up.

Besides a fresh Rashford off the bench when the Spurs defences tires, not a bad option to have....

No need to be sorry at all don't be a drama queen.

Tsc commented on ignoring Sanchez performances and I made a point of it that who it was and was he surprised and with it been you it's what we come to expect simple as that.

    Enjoy the game.

It was doing the rounds they were always in the away dressing room as the england FA wouldnt let them redecorate how they liked but I guess that wasn't true. That or England have an England only dressing room at wembley
