I wish to do a degree abroad - having already done one here, 10 years ago

    My income is breadline level.

Just for clarification - and I'm a funding blank slate here - is Susi the primary/sole funding body, the people I need to speak to to enquire in this capacity?

Do I just give them a bell up - or do they have outlets that I can drop into - like citizens info etc?

The degree I'm looking at, is Level 8, bachelors of science.

I have a level 8, bachelors of a technical discipline, as it is.

Like I said - that was 10 years ago.

I'd like to study abroad - probably the Netherlands.

Where does that leave me in terms of funding?

Insights or - can anyone just point me in the specific direction I need to aim these questions at?
