eir sport channel not playing - Error details: System.Exception: 3132 An error has oc

When watching eir sport, intermittently, channels do not play. The error message is allways the same, Exception: 3132. I have emailed wmsupport@eir.ie and just get an automated response (see below) Mac High Sierra 10.13.3 (17D102) Safari Version 11.0.3 (13604.5.6)
